WHY is an alternative rock/pop band based in Winnipeg MB Canada. 4 albums, multiple singles. The latest singles are “Soul Declares” and “Glass Houses And Kettles Black”. The band have been recently nominated for 6 Manitoba LOUD Awards. WHY have had featured radio play on SIRIUS XM, iHeart Radio, Corus Radio and syndicated radio (Canada, US and Europe). The band have extensive performance experience and have headlined the Winnipeg FRINGE Festival MainStage for 2 nights in 2024 and again in 2025. Headlined the KLEEFELD Festival. Opened for touring acts: Danko Jones, iLLSCARLETT, Orphan… WHY are currently recording their next album and playing Canadian dates in the spring of 2026. “Power. Passion. Purpose.
